Sal dbms

Question

What is the output of this query for the following table,  with column name- emp name, empsal,  dept no and job respectively..!! 

I'm bit confuse about the working pattern of group by claus.. 

Because  dept 10 having both manager and engineer so e1 will be display or not? 

Select dept no from emp 

Where job ='manager'

Group by dept no. 

Having avg(sal)>2000;

e1	2000	10	manager
e2	3000	10	engineer
e3	3000	20	manager
e4	4000	20	manager
e5	4000	30	doctor

with some assumptions i get 20 ,ie.e 1 tuple is output

how can be Dept 30.. It's job is not of the manager..
