Express it in terms of logic, here in question i am confused how i use implications, i am unable to distinguish between option a and b .. need help. ..!

Implication is If .... then ...

P = " I Study" 
Q = "I Pass"

P$\rightarrow$ Q 
"If I Study then I Pass"

P	Q	P$\rightarrow$ Q
False	False	True
False	True	True
True	False	False
True	True	True

If P is true then Q must be true 

but if P itself is false then P$\rightarrow$ Q becomes True 

it can also be seen as $(\bar{P} \vee Q )$
