It should be

1) 4096 Subnets and 4094 system assignable IP, whereas 2 are not system assignable because 1 is ID and Other is broadcast address over the subnet.

2) 16 subnets and 4094 system assignable IP, whereas 2 are not system assignable because 1 is ID and Other is broadcast address over the subnet.

3) In class C above mask i.e. $255.255.240.0$ will act as a supernet mask.

how can it be 4096 subnet in class A here first 8 bits will be for the network id and last 11 bits will be for subnet id and from 11 bits we only able to form 2^11=2048 subnets

correct me if  m wrong here??

First 8 bit for network

second octet 8 bits + third octet 4 bit

= 12 bit. And with 12bits u have 4096 subnets.
