speed up (w.r.t pipelining )= Time taken by non-pipelining/Time taken by pipelining.

now, Time taken by non-pipelining = 100*(2+1+2+.5+2+3+3) =1350ns.

and, Efficiency of pipelining is 80% that means CPI will be 1.25, if efficiency would have been 100% then CPI would be 1, so now Accrd to que. time taken by pipelining is 100*1.25 =125 ns.

Speed up= 1350/125 = 10.8
