For 1st instruction with 1clk for PO, 5 clk ,for rest 24 instructions(with 1  clk for PO)  24 clock..45 instructions with 3clk for PO will take 45*3 =135 clks other 30 instructions with 2 clk for PO will take 30 *2 =60 clk .

Total=5+24+135+60=224 clks .
