I think Option B was correct !!! after every 1 MSS but that option is also where crash.. sorry i forgot the term :-P

3 and 4 both are correct every ACK increases the mss by 1 and every RTT doubles

Doubles after every acknowledgement.

I doubt it doubles after every RTT . It checks for receiver vacant window size.it's useless to send large number of  packet if small number of packet is not received.

in congestion control mechanism  approximately double after every rtt in slow start phase up to threshold.

and after that it increases by 1mss, and once it failed it increases double after every rtt up  threshold.
