Indeed. An argument is a bunch of premises followed by a conclusion.

Arguments can be viewed as a,b,c...=>Q, where a,b,c are premises and Q is a conclusion.

So just like p=>q can be falsified only when p can be made True and Q can be made False, in the same way, the argument is said to be false iff premises can be made True and conclusion can be made false. Thats it.
