MAC address: $48$ bits

IPv6 next header: $8$ bits

TCP Sequence No.: $32$ bits

@srestha Take any standard reference its 16 bits only. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_Datagram_Protocol. We are taking 16 bits of either source or destination port numbers as UDP's header port number.
