A-> 2^(24-2) address, B->2^(16-2) address, C->2^(8-2)address. 0 votes 0 votes Pradip commented Feb 19, 2018 reply Follow Share Merely depends on requirement of organization. But here is list of IP address and networks as per classes Class Network ID/Host ID Class A 8/24 Class B 16/16 Class C 24/8 All above classes have 2N-2 IP addresses where N=number of host. Hence class A is better in IP address i.e. 224-2 and class C has more networks i.e. 224 0 votes 0 votes Please log in or register to add a comment.

Class A implies (2^24) host address which are means for large organisations, Class B for midsize organisations and Class C for small size organisations.
