MNIT will be better in case you want to have an M.tech from there. (Personal opinion). Placement depends on you but in IIIT Allahabad more preference is given to B.Tech guys.

After I accept and freeze an offer in COAP for an IIT, let's say Kharagpur then what will the upcoming tasks that I have to do?
