I have completed my B.Tech with 57% in CS from a local Government College.This year I appeared for GATE and scored around 28.67(SC category) and as per the previous year cut offs I am hoping I could get into some NITs or some other college.My question however is would my B.Tech percentage still hamper my career if I do good in M.Tech.I really want to study and make my technical side stronger.But if I can't get a job in the end I wonder if persuing M.Tech will be a bad idea for me.Should I just leave this and go for bank exams(given how the employment condition is these days).Please suggest me as I am really confused
