Where to apply for GATE counselling?

OK so I am kinda confuse as to where does GATE counseling takes place? Or counseling through GATE takes place?

I know kinda well being a General with rank 3605 is not worth it but still, is there any portal? I heard about COAP but couldn't find the link to it?

And should I go for IIIT-H and fill their form? They have extended the dates till 26 March.

You have to apply to each college individually by visiting their websites. COAP is only for IITs counseling so that different IITs' schedule of written/interview do not coincide. But before joining COAP you need to apply to IITs you think you could get on your rank. COAP 2018 will become live in April.

Yes, you should definitely fill up for IIIT-H. It is on par with 5 old IITs in respect of Computer Science.
