Total number of possible combinations = 3*3 = 9
r = 2  (1,1)
r = 3  (1,2) , (2,1)
r = 4  (1,3) , (2,2) , (3,1)
r = 5  (3,2) , (2,3)
r = 6  (3,3)

P(r >=4) = 6/9
P(r <=4) = 6/9
P(r <=3) = 3/9
P(r > 5)  = 1/9
P(r =4)   = 3/9
P(r >=4) = P(r <=4) = 6/9
Option A is correct
