why age limit on mtech admission in IIT (ISM) Dhanbad ?

" The candidates (other than sponsored candidates) must be below the age of 30 years (35 years for women, PwD, SC, ST & OBC(Non-creamy Layer) ) as on 20th April 2018 in IIT (ISM) Dhanbad M.Tech Admission 2018. "

this might happen for other iits as well in future ? what you guys think?

Only IIT ISM can answer this:). I dont other iits will follow this.People with experience also come for M.tech.

completely stupid approach....in abroad you have more chances of admission if you have some good experience in your field...here its completely opposite.....I think only this IIT has this..
