Answer : A

The given statement can be rewritten as :

(Sagar will marry Sheela) Implies (She is a graduate and a good cook)

We know that Any Conditional statement and its Contrapositive are always equivalent (Same)

Thus, The Contrapositive of the above statement :

(Sheela is Either Not a graduate Or Not a good cook) implies (Sagar will not marry Her)

Thus Statement A is True.

Statement B is False and can be easily seen from the Contrapositive above mentioned.

Statement C is Converse of the Original statement and in Logic, A conditional statement(One way Implication) is not equivalent to its Converse.

Option D : False

"Sagar did not marry Sheela" means Hypothesis of the original Conditional statement has become False, So, Now conclusion is free of Hypothesis. It could be anything. i.e. It need not be "she is neither a graduate nor a good cook.".  It could even be that "she is a graduate and a good cook."
