What do we mean by (a+b)* ? all combinations of a and b including nul for the input alphabet {a,b} . or we can say that (a+b)* is equivalent to (a,b)*. Hence th result. Peter linz is a great practice book. You don't need anything else. If you get stuck somewhere, google that question word by word. You would most likely get it.If not able to understand any concept, then go for Prof Shai simonson's lectures in YouTube as told by Sukanya 2 votes 2 votes saumya mishra commented Apr 23, 2018 reply Follow Share Thank you very much 0 votes 0 votes Please log in or register to add a comment.
