Given a site address, 201.70.64.0

One of the subnet Id that I created was

11001001 01000110 01000000 11100000

 

But then one of the answers claimed that it was wrong as all 1 bits in the last octet is used for DBA.

but the subnet Id created above does not mean that all the bits in last octet will be 1's (may be or may not be)

 

So I think that the subnet Id shown above is valid.

Please let me know if I am wrong and help me with an explanation.
