when an LALR(1) Parser is constructed for the grammar T->T=T | id , is there any inadequate state ?

Question

If there is an inadequate state  , then how can the state be resolved :

1. By using the fact that = is left associative .

2. By using the fact that = is right associative .

That means if we have an inadequate in LR(K) parser irrespective of value of k , it cannot be resolved by associativity rule right ?
