2-Subnet mask

3-interface id

as given in the ques 3 IP addresses so router will contain 3 entries for these 3 IP address matching with corresponding interface and it will also have a default entry (0.0.0.0). When it will not match  with the given IP addresses ,in that case it will go through the default entry .Hence total number of entries =4
