The decomposition is in 2NF but not in 3NF.
Since all FD's consist of single attribute and each FD is capable of becoming a key.
After decompostion there will be No partial FD because key is having a single attribute. And others FD's will behave like Transitive Dependencies.
So, the Decompostion is free from PD's but contains Transitive Dependencies. So, option (b)
