(S/N)_ratio =7 db

we know that (S/N)_ratio=10*log₁₀(signal power/noise power) db

=>7=10*log₁₀(signal power/noise power)

(signal power/noise power)=5.011

maximum data rate(capacity)=B*log₂(1+(signal power/noise power))

=>400*log₂(1+(5.011))=1035.042 bps.
