A man travels for 4 hours 20 mins. He covers the first half of the journey at 45km/hr and rest at 35km/hr. Find the total distance he travels?

Since He covers the first half of the journey at 45km/hr and rest at 35km/hr.

Let total distance=x

so total time=(x/2)/45+(x/2)/35=4hour20 minutes

therfore x=170.625km
