Sir, I ordered GO Hardcopy on 13th July and have not yet received it yet. Neither have I rceived any email confirming the arrival of the same. Payment id: 200184199. Please let me know if the order is processed, if yes around when would I get it?

All orders till today from July 13 will be sent by tomorrow - you should receive tracking email by Tuesday. Once sent, books will be received in 2-7 days depending on the distance from Thiruvananthapuram. Books are now stitched and wrapped in bubble wrap and plastic cover, so there shouldnt be any damage in transit.
