Question

Q) Which statements are true and also give reason ?

     1) Clock cycle time in johnson counter is equal to delay of one flip flop.

     2) Clock cycle time in Ring counter is equal to (delay of one flip flop)*(no. of flip flops).

it's our wish and it's depend upon our requirement of output frequency,

there is no rule that  clock time period of ring counter and johnson counter should be same

moreover, the output produces by the ring counter doesn't change depend upon CLK period, but width of that o/p pulse change depend upon CLK period

it means  " output pulse width same " , if it is your requirement then yes...CLOCK periods must be same
