Best answer

ZERO

A'B + A'CDB + AC'B + ABC

= A'B(1+CD) + AB(C'+C)

= A'B(1) + AB(1)

= A'B + AB

= B(A'+A)

= B(1)

= B

You don't need a NOR Gate to get B as the output.
