If i form the kmap of it there is a quad in which every one is redundant so answer should be Zero is it correct ?
$5,7,13,15$ is forming a Quad.

Answer given is zero brother because that quad is redundant 

yes zero is correct, no need of quad in minimal SOP form
Yes, because all pairs are EPIs. And these EPIs covers all the min-terms. So minimal SOP will consist of EPIs only in this questions.
