Let the man travel distance $d$  with speed $s$ in time $t.$

$d=st \quad \to(1)$

According to the question we get second equation,

$d=\dfrac{4}{5} \times s(t+10) \quad \to(2)$

From $(1)$ and $(2)$

$\dfrac{5}{4}t - t=10$

So, $t=40$

Ans is d.

Ans will be 40

1/5 less of normal speed= takes 10 minutes more

total time taken in that speed 10*5=50

then in normal speed he takes 50-10=40 min

do it by back calculation, that also gives same ans
