@dharmendra  i marked the 10 as it's answer because i thought it is not natural counter ( n bit then , mod 2^n)

I thought that when we use the preset and clear concept then generally (n!=2^n)

So, it should be mod-n counter

Please clear my doubt that we should always take same case in these type of questions ( for natural counter) that is for n bit mod2^n ?

One more thing i am not getting an insight feel of the question ( still Operating at 10MHz means )what this lines exactly want to say ?
