The average Propagation of each MUX is 25 ns.The frequency output signal Vo is ?

So Magma this concept of Going from 0 to 1 and then again from 1 to 0 is only for ring oscillation or in every type of FF i need to consider as we did in ring oscillator ?

can we multiply by 2 in only frequency or in total propagation delay also.

Frequency is means 1/T where T  is the time required to get back into the same state from which it was started so if we put V=0 then calculate when it will come back to 0 we find that time delay is 2*3*75 so frequency is 1/(2*3*75)
