Q_n+1 =  ( Q'_n  +  Q_n ) . X'  = X'

i seen it as EX-NOR gate instead of NOR gate, that's why i am saying it as inverted D-FF !

( i drawn the waveform also depend upon considering as EX-NOR gate. )
