Option (2) is correct

Option(1):partial dependency exists so relation cannot be in 2nf

Option(3) and (4) are FDs from key attributes to primary keys which do not violate 3nf definition.

Option (2) there is a chance of transitive dependency so violation of 3NF but satisfies 2nf
