$5$ seconds of CPU time

$Frequency$ $=$ $100*10^{6}$ $clocks$ $per$ $second$

Total CPU Clock cycles = $5$ $*$  $100*10^{6}$

$=$ $50$ $*$  $10^{7}$ $clock$ $cycles$
