There is two type of broadcasting address are:

1: DBA (Directed Broadcast Address )(used for within different networks )(NID:NID:255:255) (NID depend on type of class ip address like if Class A than use only NID if class b NID NID )

2: LBA(Limited  Broadcast Address )(used for within same networks) (255:255:255:255)

and these  address used on place of DIP(Destination Ip Address) and above and Answer is 

 200.100.1.1 255:255:255:255
