By seeing the options our emphasis should be only I3 and I0

for I3:

1 1 1 --> sum =1 and carry =1

1 1 0 --> sum=1 and carry =1

so if s1 and s0 are 1 then carry is '1' so we are left with Option A or Option B

for I0

000-> sum=0 and carry=0  => this eliminates Option B

so we are left with option A
