If Tj has a dirty read from Ti and Tj commits before Ti, then its not recoverable. Because if Ti has aborted after Tj has committed, then it's a problem. However, if Tj has a dirty read from Ti and Ti commits before Tj, then it is recoverable with cascading rollback.
