L =  ( 01*0 + 1* ) intersection ( 011*0 + 11* + epsilon )

Comments

Epsilon is a subset of 1*, 11* is a subset of 1*, 011*0 is a subset of 01*0 so the intersection is nothing but (011*0+ 11* + epsilon) because right side part is already Present in left side part of intersection.
