So, total subnet = 16. For 6th subnet bit will be 0101 5th host will be ( 1st one is for subnet id) = 0101 So, Last 8 bit = 0101 0101 = 85. 192.168.0.85. 1 votes 1 votes Gupta731 commented Dec 3, 2018 reply Follow Share Shouldn't it be 0110 for the 6th subnet? that's how I got D. 0 votes 0 votes kumar.dilip commented Dec 3, 2018 reply Follow Share No, It will start from 0000 (0th subnet) ==>>>> 1111 ( 15th subnet) =====>>> total 16 subnet. 0 votes 0 votes Gupta731 commented Dec 3, 2018 i reshown by Gupta731 Dec 29, 2018 reply Follow Share Then 0000 should be 1st subnet. Not sure if this approach is valid or not. 0 votes 0 votes Prateek Raghuvanshi commented Dec 29, 2018 reply Follow Share @ Gupta731 your answer is right.0000 is $zero^{th}$ subnet ,we can't use that subnet id because it is used as Net-id .so $6^{th}$ subnet will be 0110 not 0101. 0 votes 0 votes Please log in or register to add a comment.
