Transmission delay (Tt)

= Frame size / Bandwidth

= 5000 bytes / 150Mbps

= (5000 x 8 bits) / (150 x 10^6 bits per sec)

= 2.66 x 10^-4 sec

= 0.266 msec

 

 

a = Tp / Tt

a = 60 msec / 0.266 msec

a = 225.5639

 

Efficiency (η)

= N / (1+2a)
