SRTF is optimal for both Min average WT as well as minimum avg TAT ..right ??

there will not be the case that SRTF gives avg wating time which is greater than SJF

SRTF better than SJF(non preemptive). In SRTF (SJF preemptive) we can preempt the process and execute a new process with smaller burst time.
