0 votes 0 votes By default take ROOT at level 1 or 0? and if asked for B tree then take all the levels but for B+ records only at leaf so only leaf level keys right? Databases made-easy-test-series databases b-tree + – Markzuck asked Dec 18, 2018 • edited Mar 3, 2019 by akash.dinkar12 Markzuck 488 views answer comment Share Follow See 1 comment See all 1 1 comment reply shreyansh jain commented Dec 18, 2018 reply Follow Share Level of root is by default 1. You might be having confusion as for height it is not the case. In B+ tree, all records are present in leaf nodes. In internal nodes you will find copies of those records only. While in B-tree, all records are different so you have to count all of them. 1 votes 1 votes Please log in or register to add a comment.
