maximum possible file size

$\left(5+ 2^{10}+2^{20}+2^{30} \right)\times 4KB$ $\approx$ $4TB$

$how\ is\ this\ equal\ to\ 4TB\ ?$

Are we just multiplying $2^{30}\times 4KB$ which is leading us to $4TB\ ?$ Which is wrong I think !!
