Answer is 193.

setting all $6$ host bits to $0$ will give you $222.222.222.11000000$ which is 1st address and is reserved for Network id and can't be assigned to any host. Therefore the first address that can be assigned to host is the immediately next address, i.e. 2nd address of block. $222.222.222.11000001$    i.e. $222.222.222.193$
