What do you suggest to study for WiFi and IPv6?

Question

Topics such as 

• WiFi
• IPv6

are introduced for the first time in the revised syllabus for GATE. If there are people working in this area or are in proximity of the topics above, please suggest what are technically important areas among these technologies.

Provide sources and references for them.

Seriously most people are like wifi and ipv6 just came out of moon. These were in textbook from many years. Shows how many people really read standard text book.

^The person who answered got AIR rank 51 and one who liked got rank 28 in GATE 2016. And may I know what has happened between 2010 and 2017? Are you the blind follower of the person who says "follow only my contents and you will get within rank 100 and others won't reeach  evenclose to you"?

In 2010 when I gave GATE, I had seen - seen only not even studied properly - standard books for only half the subjects. Even then I got 53% mark in GATE. And whichever subjects I hadnot seen standard books like Discrete Mathematics I got almost 0. Had I used Kenneth Rosen, easy 5+ marks for sure. Nowadays people are brainwashed by coaching institutes into believeing all these nonsense stuffs. Even they force toppers to remove what they tell about the actual coachings after GATE either by offers or threats. Those with correct knowledge from good books and common sense easily get good rank in GATE. Those who tries for shortcuts can better take a lottery.

Check out the nptel lecture by iit kharagpur.. They have only explained IPV6 advantages,  Header and its extension headers.  I found it very useful.
