I know the difference but i thought in ER model underlined attribute means prime. But it means key attribute!! Also if there are two key attributes A and B then it means they together act as a key(AB is the key). 0 votes 0 votes it should be 3 tables E1 = (A,B,C,D) E2=(A,B,E) E3=(A,B,F) where AB in E2and E3 will act as foreign key refrencing to E1 , then it will satisfy upto Bcnf.
