In an undirected graph a self loop counts to how many edges?
I read somewhere that in case of undirected graph we consider self loop to have 2 edges?

yes in undirected its degree taken as 2.

in directed it contribute 1 to both  indegree and out degree.

 i read that self loop has 2 degree not 2 edges
