To understand this question you must know huffman coding concept. If you know that and don't know how to deal with probabilities, then this is how ->

total occurrences = 200, Now we need to find no.of occurrences of w,x,y,z

For w, no of occurences = 0.01×200 = 2

For x, no of occurences = 0.30× 200 = 60

And so on... Once you find this, do huffman coding.
