Datagram is $3000$ Byte ie, $2980 B$(data) $+20 B$(IP header)

Total fragments $=7$, out of which $6$ fragments have $480B$(data) $+ 20B$(IP header) and last fragment has $40B$(data) $+ 20B$(IP header).
