Doubt : Indexing (Test By Bikram Sir )

Question

I used multilevel indexing and got 5+1 i e 6 block transfers.

answer given is 18+1 i.e 19 

how to know which method to be used ? 

( is that 19 bcoz of 'BST' ? )

@arvin yes bro , i read that, i am not saying solution is wrong. But multilevel indexing also uses binary search technique like last level as a root and go upto leaves and then pick the pointer to disk block.

And nothing is mentioned like i cant use multilevel, only thing mentioned is "sparse" and multilevel is one of a kind.
