Astable multi-vibrator which produce square wave frequency on its own input.

Since an odd number of the odd gate is connected as feedback so it's astable multi-circuit/square wave generator circuit/ring oscillator circuit.

when an even number of the NOT gate is connected as feedback then it's a Bistable multivibrator circuit.

Option $(B)$ is correct.

Is it there in GATE CS syllabus?
what is mono stable multi -vibrator (option c)?

Monostable circuit is  one-shot multivibrator that has only ONE stable state and is triggered externally with it returning back to its first stable state.
