In Pipeline with K stages,

Efficiency (ɳ)=speed up (S) /# stages(K)
So, K= S/ɳ
S=5/.7
K=ceil(7.14) =8 Stages

Efficiency is speedup/number of processors

here we can find number of processors by dividing speedup by efficiency

5/0.7 = 8 take the ceil value
